Terms and Conditions

Scheduling:
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure a spot on our scheduling list.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the initial quote (less the initial $200, if applicable) is required before work commences. Please note that
delays in payment may result in changes to the schedule.
Balance:
The remaining balance is due at the time of the final fitting or upon pickup of the completed work. Nauti Tops will promptly address any minor
adjustments. Please note that no tops, curtains, windows, or other components will be installed, picked up, delivered, or left on customer boats
until the balance is paid in full.
Disclaimer:
While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that our products will be 100% leak-proof, crack-proof, or scratch-proof. High winds may
damage the cover, and it is recommended that you do not trailer with the cover installed.
Care Instructions:
We strongly recommend following the manufacturer’s care instructions for all materials to ensure their longevity and performance.
-Limited Warranty

1. Coverage:
Nauti Tops warrants its products against defects in workmanship for 6 months from the date of retail purchase. This warranty covers
repair or replacement, as determined by Nauti Tops upon receipt and inspection of the goods.
2. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a) Misuse
b) Neglect
c) Accidents
d) Improper installation
e) Exposure to harsh chemicals or improper cleaning
f) Water or ice accumulation (“pooling”)
g) Alterations to the original design
h) Improper packaging in return shipments to Nauti Tops
i) Tears caused by sharp objects or vehicle corners, including friction or tension tears
j) Installation of snap fasteners other than those installed by Nauti Tops
k) Seepage or leakage of sewn seams
l) Normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from acid rain or pollution
m) Damage caused by animals, rodents, or insects
n) Damage resulting from trailering at high speeds, in high winds, with the cover improperly secured, or from debris hitting the cover
o) Material color fading
3. Material Warranty:
Nauti Tops' warranty on materials is limited to the warranty provided by its suppliers. We do not express or imply any extended
performance beyond their coverage.
4. Care and Maintenance:
Proper care, maintenance, handling, and storage of the canvas products are required to maintain this warranty. (*Do not store wet or
damp canvas. Ensure storage space is dry and properly ventilated.)
5. Warranty Claims:
All warranty claims must be processed through Nauti Tops. Proper documentation, including the quote number and date of
manufacture, is required.
